ACTION PLAN

NET ZERO by 2030

By implementing these measures, we can become net zero by 2030 and demonstrate our commitment to sustainability in the food industry.

FOOD AUDIT 01

Identify areas where food waste can be reduce and improve production efficiency. The production of food and waste releases CO2 that it needs to be reduce.

REDUCE WASTE 02

Reduce waste and use sustainable materials: Buenos Aires Nights will adopt a zero-waste policy by composting food scraps, using reusable or biodegradable packaging.

SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORTATION 03

Encourage sustainable transportation. Buenos Aires Nights will source their products from suppliers who are reducing the carbon footprint of meat and wines production and transportation from Argentina. Using traceability systems and sustainable farming

practices

ENERGY AUDIT 04

Conduct an energy audit to identify areas of improvement: Identify areas where Buenos Aires Nights can reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT 05

Buenos Aires Nights will replace their existing appliances and lighting with energy-efficient models. This will reduce their energy consumption and lower utility bills.

SWITCH TO RENEWABLE 06

Switch to renewable energy providers. This will reduce their reliance on fossil fuels and lower carbon footprint.

WATER CONSERVATION 07

Buenos Aires Nights will implement water conservation measures, such as low-flow faucets and toilets, to reduce their water consumption.

ENGAGE 08

Training programs and educations material. Educate and engage with staff and customers about Buenos Aires Nights net zero goals and encourage them to adopt sustainable practices.
