Our vouchers are managed by a third-party company, vouchable.com. Please ensure that the correct recipient address is input in your voucher order. This voucher must be redeemed on or before the stated expiry date; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal. If there is a remaining balance available on your voucher at the end of your visit, this can be issued as a new voucher, but the same expiry date will be applied. If the total cost of the items you wish to purchase exceeds the value of the voucher or vouchers purchased, you can make up the difference with another form of payment. It is valid only at Buenos Aires Nights where applicable. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Buenos Aires Nights is final. This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the product and/or services specified herein or, where a general voucher is purchased, any goods or services supplied by Buenos Aires Nights. These terms apply to either physical or virtual vouchers.

A Set Menu available. It does not include drinks. These offers do not apply on any festive day. They are not available in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotion. Limit one offer per customer per day. Promotion subject to conditions. We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these terms, modify or suspend all or any part of the promotion at any time without prior notice.

SPECIAL PROMOTION BA NIGHTS MEMBER CLUB

We offer promotions and offers to all dining at Buenos Aires Nights from time to time via newsletter when dining at our premises from our À la carte menu. No cash alternative. This offer may be withdrawn at any time, and Buenos Aires Nights may vary these terms and conditions for any legal, security, or regulatory reasons due to circumstances beyond Buenos Aires Nights’ control. The offers are limited to one per day per table. To redeem the offer, simply show your newsletter to any member of the staff.

BOOKINGS

A 15-minute tolerance is given to hold a reserved table. Right of admission is reserved. Serving alcohol to a person who is already intoxicated is an offense. Aggressive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated towards our staff or other customers.

LARGE BOOKINGS

Any large booking of 7 guests or more will be subject to a deposit payment of £20 to confirm their booking. If the deposit is not received 7 days prior to the booking date, the booking will be released. Please refer to the cancellation and no-show policy to learn more. The deposit payment is managed by a third-party company, Stripe, which stores your details safely. To proceed with payment, you must do it from our website in the booking section. No deposit payments are taken over the phone or by any staff member, either in cash or by card.

DRESS CODE

 Smart-casual (during the evening). Please ensure when you book with a toddler or baby to add them to the final number of people in your booking to ensure chairs, high chairs, or prams or buggies have their space on your table; otherwise, we won’t be able to accommodate them if we are not aware of it. For tables of 6 or more guests, we require credit card details upon booking. For tables where credit card details are required, our cancellation policy is as follows: If canceled less than 24 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person. By making a booking with us, you are accepting all these terms and conditions on any platform available.
