WHY OUR MEAT?

The best quality steak in the world, our beef comes from Argentina. Argentinian beef is free-range, grass-fed, and a really delicious example of why Argentine beef is renowned all over the world. The cattle are allowed to roam the wide plains and feed on fresh pampas grass which is native to Argentina, giving the beef an aromatic flavour and very good eating quality.

WHY OUR MALBEC?

Argentina is home to a variety of terroirs, we can’t discuss Argentine Malbec without mentioning the not-so-secret weapon responsible for its success: the Andes’ extremely high altitudes.While Malbec has (literal) roots in France, it was Argentina that really brought this gorgeous grape to the world stage
