Our first Winemaker Dinner was a beautiful evening. Rodrigo Manceñido CEO of Mendel Winery provide background of each wine and the vision of Mendel Winery. The meal a wonderful four course meal was prepared by our Head Chef Maria Cocconi Guests tried all potential pairings and helped each other find new favourites.
