COVID-19
WHAT ARE WE DOING TO HELP KEEP OUR GUESTS SAFE?
In line with Government guidelines, we have done a Risk Assessment and we have made the following changes:
Our tables have been moved to ensure the appropriate social distancing is in place between guests, Unfortunately, this does mean we’re not able to move our tables around to accommodate bigger groups. We are only able to take tables up to 6 to ensure social distance is respected all the time. You must wear a face-covering by law on our premises except when seated at a table to eat or drink.
We will have hand sanitiser stations at our entrances and outside our bathrooms and we will ask all guests use this on arrival to the restaurant.
Track and Trace is mandatory before entering to the premises. This is in line with government guidelines.
We’ve put ‘one way systems’ in places where we can, and there are marked waiting areas if you see people coming towards you.
Our bar and lounge areas within our restaurants will remain closed, all pre and post dining drinks will be offered at your table.
Screen Partitions are placed in some areas between tables.
In line with government regulations, we require that all guests register their details to assist with contact tracing a QR code will be provided and staff can assist you in how to do it if you don’t know how. This a mandatory requirement and it will help to support NHS.
Some queuing may be inevitable as we need to follow many guidances to apply social distance together with sanitation and your patience is appreciated.
HOW WILL YOU ENSURE WE WON’T GET THE VIRUS FROM OTHER GUESTS?
Our tables are not set before you arrive. Staff will bring you a disposable placemat menu and cutlery/glasses when you order.
Our staff is instructed to don’t lean on customers, a standing tray will be used at your table for you to collect your order.
We’re cleaning more often throughout the day and, as you would expect, frequent touch points (door handles, tables etc) and toilets are our top priority.
We thoroughly clean every table and chair between customers so you can be confident your table is clean enough to eat your dinner off!
Anti-bacterial soap is in use in all bathrooms and all surfaces are sanitised every 30 mins.
Google/Apple Pay available for payment If you choose this method to pay. Payment machines are fully sanitised between every use. We are still accepting cash and staff is instructed to sanitise their hands and cash drawer after every use.
CAN I GET COVID 19 FROM FOOD?
There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted through food. Plus, we’re doing everything we can to reduce the risk of virus transmission, through increased cleaning and hygiene protocols.
HOW WE MAKE SURE STAFF DON’T HAVE COVID 19?
We’re using daily health trackers for our staff members. These must be completed every day before they enter our premises. Our staff also have been provided with details of what they need to do if they’re experiencing symptoms themselves or have come into contact with someone with COVID19.
We check the temperature of all team members on arrival to work every day.
All of our team, both front, and back of house will wear gloves and masks where appropriate.
Our teams also have constant access to hand sanitiser and Handwashing points with warm water and soap. This breaks down the protective fatty layer of the virus and destroys it.
